This coffee cake is rich with cinnamon and espresso flavors, chocolate chips and brown sugar. Prepared in small batches by hand, the cake has a dense, moist crumb. The bottom half of the Bundt is all moist, buttery cake, and a crunchy, sugary mixture of chocolate, sugar, ground pecans and spices is baked into the top, creating a delicious blend of textures and flavors.
