Not everyone likes Indian spices and flavors but I do. I thought this premade sauce might be more convenient but wasn’t sure how much I’d like it. It exceeded my expecations. It was very flavorful and packed a good kick. I used it as a sauce when preparing meals but when I was lazy I simply poured some over rice. It was good no matter how I prepared it. Really good, will have to order more because I used up the jar pretty quickly. As good as sauce you’d taste in a fine restaurant.

Lovely, if you like Indian, and we do!

My husband and I love to watch cooking shows and try to master what we would normally eat in, or take out. We have been trying to replacate Indian food which we love.. We used this sause with lamb and it was delicious. The meal also included the Tikka Masala Sause, but we used chicken. Both were wonderful. We have spent a considerable amount of money on spices and have made Indian food with mixed results. The Vindaloo is hot and this may not be what you may want. But the two together (Vindaloo with lamb and Tikka Masala with chicken) were wonderful. Just add rice, raita, and grocery store nan. There were leftovers for the next day, (yum) and it just got better and better. If you like it hot, just have the raita ready to slather on the Vindaloo. Enjoy! Ps. I am never telling my friends that we didn't make it from scratch. I am going to take all the credit.
