Quince and Cotgna in SF serves it!

I encountered this spaghetti at Cotgna (sister restaurant of the celebrated Quince Restaurant) for the first time. They serve fresh pasta except for this dry spaghetti as the chef loves this one. And that says it all. It is a fantastic pasta and I am so happy to find it here.
