Best nonstick sheet ever

After trying numerous baking sheets and discarding them because of poor quality and not being non stick as promised I searched again for a quality sheet and non stick surface. I looked at Williams Sonoma because I knew from past experience they carry quality items. I was a little surprised at the cost but I already threw away more baking sheets then I can remember over the last few years. These are sturdy so they don't warp in oven and so easy to wash by hand or can be put in dishwasher. I am planning on buying the cake pan also.

Non-Stick & Quick Clean up

These pans, along with the cookie sheet, are the best baking pans I've ever used. I was hesitant to spend so much money on them but they are truly amazing. I find food cooks evenly and cleanup is a breeze. I've only used them a few times so I hope they hold up. My only complaint is that they sometimes warp while cooking but they even out as they cool.

Safe nonstick bakeware

I added these pieces to my set of Goldtouch bake ware because I'm so very happy with this! Nothing sticks and nothing peels off to add toxins to your food. Great product!

These pans are amazing! You can use them for virtually anything in the oven except broiling (don't go over 450 degress). I place a piece of foil on them and clean up is a snap. They cook more evenly and consistently than any pan I've ever had (and you get two of them). They are awesome. I've cooked chicken, asparagus, potatoes, cookies, etc., on these and they've all come out fabulous! You'll love them as much as I do. My daughter talked me into getting them.

Best Pans Ever!

These pans are sturdy and so easy to clean! Even baked on cheese just wiped away without any spray or oil on pan! Mostly, I've used them to roast vegetables and make nachos. Food cooks evenly and quickly. Next I am going to try baking cookies on them. I am definitely going to expand my Goldtouch collection.

Bought these to use in the Breville Convection oven. Have baked cookies & toasted almonds so far.
As with the other Goldtouch products it's well made, of heavy construction & a great heat conductor. I think I'll try the pizza pan next.
Oh, and these are great to use as prep trays when your chopping your ingredients.

I was very excited when these arrived on my doorstep. I have always wanted more durable, heavier weighted cookie sheets and these are great! Because they are quarter sheets, they are really good for smaller items that don't require the "normal" size half sheet.
I can't wait to use them. Cookies anyone?

Use one sheet pan for baking only, and the other for multi-purposes. Just received my second shipment of Goldtouch pans today - meatloaf pan, wire rack, and jelly roll pan. Also have cookie sheet pan.

Nice size for small items

I already have two of the Goldtouch half sheet pans, but was looking for a smaller size for when I don't have as much food. These are perfect. They even seem more solid and sturdy than the half sheets.

I have had these pans for less than a year and the coating is chipping off. I do not use anything sharp or metal on them. I had older pans that were not textured like these and they are still good. I would not recommend buying these if they are only going to last 9 months. Not worth the money.

I bought four of these because they are just the right size for the oven in my outdoor kitchen. I am really impressed by the weight and the quality. Plus, I find myself reaching for these whenever I want to stage cooking projects, such as making burritos, preparing a piece of fish for the grill, making stuffed mushrooms, etc. Buy them, and you'll find yourself using them for tons of things! I want to pick up some in other sizes, as well.

Uncommon Quality and Performance

Thes are little workhorses in my kitchen. Foods do not stick and they perform well in my wall and countertop convection ovens and under the broiler. Don't forget to lower the heat 25 degrees when using convection as these pans are very heat efficient. They were a total upgrade over my old conventional sheet pans.

These sheets are excellent quality. So much so, that I'm blown away with the results of everything I've attempted to cook so far. Everything from fish, veggies, cookies, to french fries have come out evenly cooked and delicious. As a novice in the kitchen, I use this a few times a week because it's just that simple and I love that nothing sticks. They are also very,very easy to clean and look like they will hold up for a quite a while.

These sheets are so thick & perfectly desgined to help air circulate & evenly bake whatever I'm cooking on them. From cookies, to roasting veggies to fish, things bake perfectly! But the real great thing on these guys? They fit easily into the small side oven on my Wolf range. Also they are perfect size to roast nuts in my Brevil toaster oven. When i don't need the whole stove or a big sheet, these bad boys are PERFECT! Love em!
