Need an "in between size"

These goldtouch pans are awesome! I have slowly replaced all of my baking pans to these. It was time anyway. I have the large muffin pan, which I use most of the time. Yesterday I used the 12 well pan and the muffins are just too small. The large are some times too large. I would love a pan with medium size wells, something in between these 2.
The only thing I wish were different about the muffin pans is the ridge around the top of each well. It makes it a little difficult to clean. But, I let mine soak quickly with warm soapy water and they clean pretty easily. Once in a while i use a baby soft toothbru

These pans bake so evenly and the nonstick coating is truly nonstick... so muffins come out easily and they clean up really easy too. I tossed my other "non stick" pans and am so glad I invested in these.

Best muffin pan

I love the extra wide edges on pan so my mitten doesn't touch the cooked muffins when taking them out of the oven. I have made corn bread and chocolates cup cakes. I like that each slot is extra deep so batter didn't spill over.

This pan is wonderful for making muffins. I made banana nut muffins in them and they popped right out, the clean up is the best, I hand washed the pan and it cleaned up beautifully. I also made breakfast hash brows and eggs in them and they cooked up even and came out great.

This is a good one. I liked the extensions that act as handles and the non-stick is perfect. Sometimes I am a sloppy cook and batter gets on the pan-not in the well--even that came off easily.

I have only used this muffin tin one time however it baked my muffins evenly and most importantly to me, it came out of the dishwasher good as new!

This muffin pan is very thick and well built. Muffins slide out of the pan, and brown evenly. Definitely well worth the extra money!

Great Pan for baking

Used for the first time yesterday and baked blueberry muffins. The pan did an excellent job and there was no problem with sticking or clean up once the muffins had been taken out of the pan. Will certainly enjoy using these pans in the future.

Best muffin pan period.

I bought this muffin pan and went home and whipped up a batch of muffins. I put half in my old muffin pan and half in this. There was no comparison. The muffins in the new goldtone pan came out perfect and didn't stick at all. They were also twice as high as the other pan's. I was very impressed and threw away my old pan. I've already bought the cookie sheet and I'm in the process of switching over all baking pans to goldtone.

Muffins Come Right Out!

Homemade muffins can stick to inside the pan and tear up if they don't release correctly. Darn! What a mess! Maybe you will get nine perfect ones, but the other three......
And cleaning up after homemade muffins can be boring and time consuming because of the necessary scrubbing of the TWELVE wells.
But with this GOLDTOUCH nonstick muffin pan, the muffins fall right out with a thump to the back of the pan. All are perfectly browned AND intact! Clean up is a swish, swish with a dish brush and you are done!
Homemade muffins should be fun to make. This high quality GOLDTOUCH delivers with high quality muffins and simple clean-up. This is money well spent for this baker! It is not the splurge the price may lead you to believe...Oh, you know the old adage.........

I just used this muffin pan for the first time, and it is amazing. I live in an apartment, so I have no control over the oven, etc. that I can use. My apartment oven is fine, but not great - it gets hot, but it tends to bake everything unevenly, and I have to rotate baked goods in the middle of their baking cycle. Yet, with this pan I got immediate, even baking for the first time ever without opening the oven to try to even out the hot spots. I was uncertain about whether $30 would be worth it for a muffin pan, but it makes baking foolproof. Trust me, if you want even baking, you will likely spend more with other brands trying to find the right pan that fits your oven. Skip all that, and go right to goldtouch. I certainly plan to collect more in the future!

I had no idea what a difference the right pan makes when you are baking cupcakes!
I read the many favorable reviews for the WS Goldtouch pans, but what clinched it for me was a side-by-side comparison photo submitted by a reviewer of a cupcake baked in an old pan and a cupcake baked in a Goldtouch. . . huge difference! They looked like the cupcakes of my dreams! Evenly baked, with nice high domes. And that is exactly how my first batch turned out.
I plan on buying another muffin pan, plus a mini-muffin pan also. The pans are well made, weighty, and are a breeze to clean. Worth every penny.
