Loses nonstick

I've had this pan for about a year. It was great at first, but after occasional use, it is no longer nonstick. It took repeated soaking and scrubbing until my wrists hurt to get it clean after my last batch of corn muffins. The corn muffins were a mess because I couldn't get them out in one piece.

Perfect Cupcakes

I recently purchased two of these pans to bake cupcakes for a friend's reception. Having previously only baked in cheap cupcake pans, I immediately noticed how easy it was to remove the cakes from the Goldtouch pan. There was absolutely no stick whatsoever. Unlike my previous cupcakes, these had no over-baked edges above the liners, had even color and texture throughout, and perfect domes at the top.
Cleaning was also incredibly easy, since none of the cupcakes had actually adhered to the pan. A light scrub of detergent and a rinse was all that was necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This muffin pan has great weight and the muffins just fall right out of the pan after baking. Was so easy to fill with a 1 ounce melon baller and the muffins browned nicely.

Nice Alternative

I have quite a few of the W-S Goldtouch pieces and in particular I have two 12-well Goldtouch Muffin Pans and use them for muffins and cupcakes. I use with and without muffin cups. Extremely easy to clean. I purchased the 24-Well Goldtouch Nonstick Mini Muffin Pan because I thought it would be a nice alternative. Sometimes you don't want a regular size muffin/cupcake. Also, nice presentation if you are bringing to someones home for dessert. More to go around. I purchased with the Spiced Pumpkin Pecan Quick Bread Mix and they came out amazing! For me it is harder to store in my cabinet as it is longer than the regular 12-well, but it's a tradeoff as it has a bit of an edge on either side to hold onto when putting into and out of the oven. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome pan!

Initially I was considering a novelty pan to bake some pumpkin doughnut muffins. This mini-muffin pan worked beautifully. The muffins popped right out of the pan and crested nicely. This pan is much more versatile than the novelty pan would have been. I definitely will purchase more of the Goldtouch pans in the future.

The best pan ever!

I used this pan for the first time yesterday and LOVE IT! I will be buying more of the Goldtouch Nonstick. I have had many muffin pans over the years, but none have released the muffins so easy!! I plan to use this pan weekly if not more. Thank you for such a great product!

Perfect Size Muffins

I love this pan. I didn't have any liners and took a chance making banana muffins. The muffins didn't stick to the pan. Once the pan cooled off, the muffins easily came out. I am thinking of buying another one instead of the 12 muffin pan. Fast and easy clean up. The pan is durable and good weight. Must pan for any avid baker.

I liked these muffin pans enough to buy a second one. They are very thick and helps cook the muffins very evenly and also helps to develop a nice golden crust. I four/butter my plan so I can't speak to the non-stick aspect of it. Although, I have put a second batch of batter in without re-coating the pan, and the muffins came out fine. One my best baking pans!

I previously purchased several other Goldtouch baking items and thought they were fantastic, so when I decided I wanted to try my hand at making Brazilian cheese bread/muffins, I knew I had to have this mini muffin pan to bake them.
This pan is wonderful. It's a nicely balanced pan and the muffins bake perfectly in it.
Clean up was a complete breeze, just the tiniest bit of soap and a soft sponge did the trick. Water cascades off of it, so it's quick to wipe dry as well.
The only issue that some might consider is the pan's weight. It's substantial, so if you've got any problems holding items of any heft in your hands, you might want to consider a lesser pan. Otherwise, you'll appreciate this pan's mass. The weight is not an issue for me so I did not take away any stars for this.
I love the feel and finish of this pan, and like the other Goldtouch pieces that I own, it's very well made. I'm proud that this product is made in the USA. It's true baking craftsmanship at it's finest!

It is like all my Goldtouch products, they are the best baking pans I have ever owned. Nothing sticks, and the muffins come out done and moist.

I purchased this pan and absolutely love it! The only problem that I find is trying to get the right size cupcake liners to fit properly. Has anyone had the same issue, and have you found a company that makes greaseproof liners to fit this pan?

I've been on a mini-bite size baking craze since I received my Goldtouch Non-Stick Mini-muffin pan. The results are so wonderful that I feel like tossing out all of my other non-stick bakeware as they tend to over brown the edges & outer exterior of my baked goods even with turning down the oven by 25 degrees from what the recipe calls for. This pan is amazing! Every single item cooks at the same rate & no over browning (unless I want it to). My baked goods come out of the pan perfectly each time (I often butter the tins if I'm making brownie bites or things of the like). Our small pocket oven tends to cook items in this size of a pan faster along the edges than the middle. But not with this pan, even with the little room left on each side of our oven. This line of bakeware is also recommended by America's Test Kitchen & I bought a loaf pan from this line as well. Once you have these pans your other metal pans will seem obsolete.

About a year ago I purchased the mini muffin pan which I love! A lot of the reason is that the muffins are slightly larger than the standard mini size. I recently purchased a second pan but it turns out they have resized the cups to be the smaller standard mini size. The pans won't stack and I like the larger cup. The papers they sell fit the larger cup too. That said, if you want a standard mini muffin pan, I would rate this 5 stars. I'm giving it one star because they changed the size on me.

And then some! I bought a 2nd one! I tested it by overfilling it. Instead of spilling all over the edges and onto the bottom of the oven... They rose perfectly. Wish these were in spring form pans... Hint hint!

Bakes wonderfully. Muffins/cupcakes easy to remove. Pan cleans with little effort. Regret that I am just now discovering it. Pan is expensive but worth the price.

Nothing Sticks

I have baked several times with this pan and absolutely nothing sticks. I can bake mini bran-raisin muffins and they fall right out of the pan. All my bake ware is now "Goldtouch."

Fun to use

I' ve been bitten by the cute cupcake bug. and need some mini muffin pans. These certainly fit the bill. Lovely to look at they feature a pretty gold non stcik coating. surprisingly heavy , they produce perfect cupcakes and muffins.
Watch the timing however. I found that these do cook a bit quicker than other tins. They also are surprisingly heavy which may be an issue if you are oldorfrail.
All in all, these are terrific pans. they are fun to use and make a really cute product.

Great Mini Muffin Pan!

Instead of getting my preschool age daughter one of the electric mini-cupcake makers I purchased this divine Goldtouch pan. We used it for the first time today to make blueberry muffins and the muffins came out perfectly. We will soon be adding two of the full size muffin pans.
Given the very small size this pan is idea for mini muffins, mini cupcakes and two bite brownies. For me the small size is a plus with a preschooler at home but it might be a downside for someone else depending on expectations. Also I would advise using liners to make clean up easier and note that the oven temperature may need to be a little lower when using these pans.

Cup Cakes - Children's partys

I have had this pan for approx 2 yrs, I love the pan for small muffins or cup cakes. Great for Kids partys, a small cup cake or muffin is usually enough, or sometimes with the small muffins you can take 2, giving you a variety. I would recommend this to anyone, it is also an easy clean up.

yes Ibought them for work and can not find the right size liners to make the cupcakes or muffins in them what are the right size to buy and where too purchase? Please help me find them and the size of them. Thanx for your help.
