Good, But Not Perfect

I purchased the Goldtouch set and loved it so much that I was inclined to throw away all of my old bakeware. It cleaned up easily and looked great every time until I used it to brown bread for a crostini recipe. At 425 degrees the olive oil turned into a sticky dark film in the diamond patterns on the bottom of the pan. Nothing I've tried will clean the surface. Any ideas anyone for restoring this to its former beautiful gold color?

Versatile for Kitchen and Grill

Use this for baking turkey burgers on the cooling rack -it fits perfectly on the pan. Finish the turkey burgers on the grill. The pan was left outside overnight and the next morning the pan cleaned up so easily!!!

Pan Does Warp

One of the reasons I bought this pan, and another just like it, was because it wasn't suppose to warp. I have had the pans a couple of years and they have done very well. This morning I baked a half sheet cake, two layers and one pan warped so badly that there was hardly any batter in one corner. The other pan did great so it wasn't my oven.

My Best Pan for Baking

My cookie sheets show the years of use and abuse so I thought I would treat myself to a new one. WOW I am impressed with the quality of this sheet pan. Cookies bake perfectly and roasted veggies turn out great. Love it.

Plenty of room for large batch of cookies, tho empty tray is quite heavy to start with. Needed to reduce temp 25 degrees and decrease time +/- 6 minutes...watch closely till you know your oven.

this is the best one I have ever used...super nonstick, dishwasher safe, able to take high heat broiling without discoloring. I have also bought the smaller ones too because I love them so much

An amazing new staple item in my kitchen

These half sheets are great. I used to use ones that were not as heavy or as sturdy. I appreciate the heft and weight of these sheet pans. I used them for everything from cookies to cooking fish.

I really like this pan. Its so easy to wash. I like how cute and small it is, but you can feel that it's heavy duty. Cute also that it's made to fit in the convection oven.

Amazing Pan

This pan is wonderful. The cleanup is remarkable. It cooks evenly and I have not had any trouble with warping. I also own 2 quarter-sheet pans and love, love, love them.

Great Non Stick

I love how easily the Goldtouch Sheet Pan washes up. The water just rolls off the pan. Also, it's a great non stick pan. The only problem I sometimes have is the browning on the bottom of my cookies. You really have to watch them; I lower the temp somewhat and I don't cook them quite as long as I would with a regular cookie sheet. If you do the bottoms will be too brown and you will have a crunchy cookie.

We've only used this a few times, but it seems nice, durable. Quite attractive. I did not want the non-stick coating, but the "classic" pans we got were defective, so these will have to do.

Perfect cookie sheet

I bought a set of these pans for my holiday cookie baking. I've used them twice already and absolutely love them. Cleanup is a breeze compared to the old pans I was using before. I had also ordered the cookie sheet set, but cancelled the order so I can get more of these b/c with the nonstick I think the cookies would slide off too easily! I love these pans and can't wait to get more of the Goldtouch collection.

Warped Suprise!!

I've sworn by these pans since before I purchased them two years ago. Their predessesors are still going strong and the four pans work harder than anything else in my kitchen. Imagine my Suprise just minutes ago when I opened the oven to rotate the scones and found the pan warped! Really warped!

Great Pans

Let me just say, I love these pans. They are extremely versatile. I purchased two half-sheets and have used them to roast vegetables and chicken parts. I can't wait to bake a batch of cookies.
Clean-up is cinch. Well worth the money. They're a little on the heavy side, but I attribute that to the pan's durability.

Warped, but still a great pan

This did warp a little, but I have really enjoyed using this pan. I've used it for everything from cake to roasted vegetables. I've even roasted vegetables at a pretty high heat, and clean up was a snap. It would have been a nightmare in my other sheet pan. I plan to buy a duplicate of this pan and also the set of quarter-sheet pans.
