I'm not one for gadgets, but to shave a truffle uniformly and thinly, you really need a shaver. This one is easy to use, feels solid, and is reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Accuracy, Quality, Time-saver, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Design

Though this is your everyday truffle shaver, the truffle that was used is a Himalayan and or Chinese Truffle. Besides looking like a truffle, they neither smell nor taste anything like a true Black Winter Truffle. WS, go to Far West Fungi in the Ferry Building and display the real thing, not an artificially grown substitute, it's not fair to the true truffle lover…. I jest, but hope you take your cooking as seriously as your customers do!
Pros: Easy to Use
