Its distinctive flavor adds the sparkling finish to roasted meats, seafood, cheese and vegetables. Handcrafted in Piedmont, Italy, with local white truffles and Barolo red wine. Thick, creamy texture similar to a balsamic vinegar glaze. Using a traditional recipe, wine is slowly cooked until semi-thick, then truffle is added and the product is warm bottled.
