Truffle & Barolo Wine Glaze

Two crown jewels of Piedmontese cuisine - white truffles and Barolo red wine - come together beautifully in this deep mahogany glaze. Its distinctive flavor adds the sparkling finish to roasted meats, seafood, cheese and vegetables. Handcrafted in Piedmont, Italy, with local white truffles and Barolo red wine. Thick, creamy texture similar to a balsamic vinegar glaze. Using a traditional recipe, wine is slowly cooked until semi-thick, then truffle is added and the product is warm bottled. All natural; contains no preservatives, additives or coloring. Drizzle on roasted meat, fish fillets, grilled lobster, boiled potatoes or mature cheese. 3.3 oz. Made in Italy.

I made a redwine butter compound and added some of this and put it on top of some medium rare ribeyes! I can't describe how fabulous it was. No one talked through dinner................
