Our sauteing oil is a custom blend of three premium oils: aromatic extra-virgin arbequina olive oil adds rich flavor, while grapeseed oil and expeller-pressed canola oil raise the blend's smoke point for impeccable high-heat cooking. Our grilling oil is a custom blend of premium safflower oil and avocado oil that complements the rich, smoky flavors of grilled foods while helping to seal in natural moisture and juices. excellent when you need high heat

i have tried all of these now, and each is fantastic for their respective applications. sometimes you just need that bit of protection - especially grilling or searing. and they are better than just straight grapeseed oil alone.
