Pear Tart Tatin

This unique version of the famous French tarte Tatin uses luscious pears in place of apples for a spectacular presentation and taste experience. Bosc pears are gently poached, artfully arranged in a circular pattern on a bed of house-made caramel, swirled over a buttery-rich pastry crust. The pears caramelize during baking, developing a silken, creamy texture and mellow, sweetly fruity flavor. Enjoy it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Hard & Dry

This desserrt arrived in a suction plastic wrap that was unappealing. When I opened it I was expecting something soft and delicate. It was extremely dry and hard. I was very disappointed in this product from Tate's Bakery.

My favorite pear tart

One of best tarts i tasted. The pear is so smooth and moist. Not too sweet and it is just perfect. Very happy and will order more for sure !!
