Steel Grill Outdoor 4-Piece Cookware Set

Turn your backyard grill into an outdoor kitchen-and fire up the flavor. With our set of innovative stainless-steel pans, you can use your favorite indoor cooking techniques outside on your charcoal or gas grill. The patent-pending perforated design puts foods in direct contact with the flame to impart a smoky taste, without the risk of losing small ingredients to the fire. Set includes chef's pan with lid, fry pan, griddle and roaster. Rugged perforated stainless-steel surfaces sear and brown foods beautifully. Chef's pan with lid has wide, sloped sides and a smooth surface to easily stir and toss ingredients; perforated lid retains smoke and steam for moist, flavorful results (note: lid counts as individual piece). Fry pan has low sides and a wide, flat surface for easy searing and flipping. Griddle has low sides for easy turning of flatbreads, sandwiches, sliced meats and vegetables. Roaster makes it simple to grill-roast large cuts of meat and vegetables in a single pan. All pans except roaster have removable handles that allow for closed-lid grilling (and easier cleaning). Dishwasher safe. Patent pending. Made in China. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.

love this set

I hesitated buying the set, thinking I may not use all the pieces. That has been somewhat true but I am not sorry.
It's so nice to have "quality" grilling pans. I love the detachable handles so I can close the grill lid for roasting vegetables and meats. I have also cooked fish and fruit with great results. Food doesn't drop through the bottom. Cooking hamburgers or chicken in the grilling pan controls flare....just lift the pan from the grill. And yes you do need gloves, but I already have those for rotisserie cooking.
As far as cleanup.. food does stick a bit, I use Pam also, and I usually soak the pan in a sink while the pan is still somewhat warm. By the time dinner is over it comes off pretty easily. I like the pans so much, I can live with the cleanup. They neatly stack on a shelf without taking up much room and they are all together.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Time-saver, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Size, Strength, Versatile, Design, Weight

We have used this set many times now and LOVE it. It is well made and thoughtfully functional. Nice and sturdy, as well.
It is very easy to clean. Just soak it for a bit and use an SOS pad. It takes the food right off. You do not get the pans back to their initial bright silver colour, as they develop a slight patina with use, but that is unavoidable when cooking with high temps as you do on the grill.
Additionally ,the handles are removable and the pans stack nicely inside of each other for storage.
Highly recommended. Great value, functionality and sturdiness.

Value Priced Set
July 3, 2013
I anticipated using all these pieces, so purchased this value priced set. The covered pot is nice for shaking veggies. You do need to use gloves when using these pans. Even though the handles can be taken on and off, it is best to wear gloves. The roaster fit a whole chicken, cut in half, and it cooked perfectly. The main drawback is these pans are incredibly difficult to clean. Using a steel grill brush, steel brush, and barkeepers helper still did not get these items as clean as desired. That is why the rating is so low....just a pain to clean up.
Pros: Size, Design
Cons: Difficult to Clean
