Fantastic Lentils

I purchased a bag at the WS store about 6 months ago. Loved Loved them but when I went to get more they were no longer carried. Even the WS website did not have them. I am so glad they are back. Just ordered 4 bags.
I use them for my Lentil with Salmon recipe (from Barefoot Contessa); for salads and stews. I cannot use ordinary brown lentils anymore. They hold their shape and cook exactly to the tenderness you want - chewy or soft without falling apart.

Perfect Spanish lentils

Ever since I learned to make authentic paella, I have been interested in Spanish cooking. These lentils enhance every recipe I have tried...our favorite being lentils with white wine, tomatoes, Spanish rice, peppers and Spanish paprika. The leftovers made great breakfast burritos combined with scrambled eggs. Thank you for this wonderful product, WS!
