Never mind the amazing pictures in this book, the stories are made of true grit and determination. These women made their dream a reality. The recipes are fantastic, try the Oca Zamperosse cocktail and the stuffed meatballs (my husband wanted these!). This book inspired me to put them on my next to do list while in NYC!
