My new favorite gadget

I bought the smoke bags on a lark, sounded interesting. The first item I cooked in the bag, a brisket, was so good that the family requested I do the same menu the following weekend. And that was equally good. I promptly purchased more smoker bags. Using the bags - no mess, no fuss and delicious outcome. I recommend this item

Smoker cooking bags

What a great invention! All you do is place your meat (I've tried pork ribs, fish, and chicken) in the bag, fold up end, and put it on the BBQ. In about 30 minutes, you've got a great main entree, that smells delicious and is! Fish wasn't my favorite, though.

wonderful smokie flavor
