Oak-Smoked Chardonnay Sea Salt
These fleur de sel (salt flower) crystals are hand harvested on the coast of France, then gently smoked over wood chips from aged oak Chardonnay wine barrels. Small, moist crystals melt easily onto cooked foods. Use as a finishing salt, it adds delicious smoky flavor to foods like eggs, potatoes, roasted vegetables and more.
