Oak-Smoked Chardonnay Sea Salt

These fleur de sel (salt flower) crystals are hand harvested on the coast of France, then gently smoked over wood chips from aged oak Chardonnay wine barrels. Small, moist crystals melt easily onto cooked foods. Use as a finishing salt, it adds delicious smoky flavor to foods like eggs, potatoes, roasted vegetables and more. Also recommended as a dry rub for grilled meats or for seasoning a classic Bloody Mary. 5.7 oz. Product of France. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.

Smoky, Salty Heaven

If you are like me and love just about any food product smoked, this is for you.
The flavour is mellow and smooth. Great stirred into sauces or sprinkled on top of things like steaks or potato dishes.
It is a good buy, as a little goes a long way.
