Ketchup for Grown-ups!

If you like the concept of ketchup, but don't like having to add stuff to the grocery store ketchup, try this product. We love it with homemade hash brown potatoes and on special burgers. A little goes a long way, as the product is very concentrated. It's not just sweet and salty like commodity ketchup. (Hint: To make crispy hash browns at home, coarsely shred the potatoes, then squeeze out all the liquid before you put them into the pan. I use only about two teaspoons of grapeseed oil for two shredded potatoes. Also, don't forget to season them with Bourbon Smoked Pepper, also available at WS!)

Best Ketchup Ever!

Do yourself a favor and buy this product and just use it in place of whatever ketchup you currently use as either a condiment or in cooked dishes. You will notice a definite added dimension, a layering of flavors. It also contains much less sodium and uses agave nectar for sweetness rendering it a more healthy alternative than commercial ketchups found in grocery stores or most artisanal ketchups found in gourmet shops or on-line. You will not regret buying this product. I just hope that Williams Sonoma will continue to carry this product forever, making it a part of its core product food line.
