Baker's Silicone Rolling Pin

Preferred by French bakers, this handle-free rolling pin lets you feel the dough beneath your hands for exceptional control. Thanks to a silicone exterior, it is a practically foolproof way to roll out homemade doughs for sweet and savory recipes. Smart design promotes good results for bakers of all experience levels. Extra-long to simplify rolling out doughs to nearly any size. Seamless silicone surface is naturally stick resistant and instantly releases dough without tearing it. Tapered ends allow superb control and precise sizing of dough. Exterior ruler indicates lengths of 5"-12" and 12 cm-30 cm for easy measuring. Stainless-steel core will not rust or corrode. Does not stain because oils, aromas and even food colorings can't permeate the silicone. Dishwasher safe.

Fairly non-stick and useful measurements
May 9, 2015
There's a great weight to this roller that makes it easy to flatten out dough. It's fairly non-stick. Most things don't stick, but I have a particularly sticky pastry dough I use for a lamb cobbler and bits always get stuck, but not enough to tear the dough. Also, the silicon makes it extremely easy to clean.
I also like the measurements on it, which makes it easier to measure out pie dough when I'm being too lazy to dig out my pastry board.
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, Design, Weight

Easy to use and goes in the dishwasher

I have a tiny workspace and still managed to use this large rolling pin to make sugar cookies.
It's been through the washer three times now and still looks brand new.
The only "trouble" I had was I rolled my dough too thin! It's that easy to use.
I have standard kitchen drawers (1980s house) and it easily fits lengthwise in one of them.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Versatile, Shape, Weight
