Williams-Sonoma Short-Rib Burger Blend

To create this special blend, the master butchers at Pat LaFrieda Meats start with the highest quality short ribs for extra-meaty flavor, and then add chuck to achieve the perfect texture. They carefully control the temperature of both the meat and the grinding equipment, so the fat stays dense and firm, which keeps the burgers juicy and tender. 3 lb. Shipped fresh. Made in USA. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.

The ony way to eat a burger

This short rib blend is perfect for making the best cheese burger possible. Tons of flavor with a great fat to meat ratio. We replicated the Shake Shack burger.
Pros: Texture, Quality, Flavor

I'm not a beef lover, but...

...I do enjoy a great burger from time to time. We made this burger with the WS dry burger seasoning, topped it with baby greens, tomato, and WS Burger Bomb sauce, and placed it on a homemade bun. IT WAS THE BEST BURGER I'VE EVER EATEN! Next time, we're trying the ultimate burger blend to see if it flares less on the grill. The flaring was the only challenge in the preparation, but well worth it! Half the pack made 5 good-sized burgers, and I have the other half frozen.
Pros: Quality, Flavor
Cons: grill flaring
