London Cure Scottish Wild Smoked Salmon

This smoked wild salmon is produced by Britain's oldest salmon smoker, H. Forman & Son, founded in 1905. The fourth-generation family business selects only the finest Scottish wild salmon and still uses recipes brought to Britain from Eastern Europe by founder Harris (Aaron) Forman. The company's mild London Cure enhances the salmon's complex, full-bodies flavor and creamy texture rather than concealing it. Lightly rubbed with salt and smoked over oak, the whole fillet is fully trimmed, boned and sliced paper-thin by hand, then reassembled on the skin. It arrives ready to serve. 1 lb. 4 oz. (serves 4-6). Shipped frozen. Made in England.

Wow. This smoked Scottish salmon is amazing. I ordered it for Easter and my guests were upset that I didn't have more for them. It didn't taste overwhelmingly smokey and I loved that there was no sugar added like the others I've had. Definitely going to order this again.
Pros: Texture, Easy to Prepare, Authentic, Quality, Good for Entertaining, Decadent, Flavor, Healthy, delicious!

I agree with the last poster...this salmon was delicious this year...creamy, just the right amount of salty and fishy....over the course of several days, I ate this all by myself, for breakfast with eggs, for lunch with cream cheese and onion on an English muffin and for dinner in a salad. Even as a snack with a smear of avocado...mmmmm...fabulous!
