I was set to buy the Demeyre for my new induction stove. This product popped up and after some research, I bought it because of the nonstick coating. Each pan comes with its own velvet bag. Cooking with it has been wonderful!

A disapointing start!

Scanpan CTX Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set was delivered with delay due to holidays but it seems that Williams-Sonoma waited to have an open box available! The content had obviously been reshuffled and a pan was even dented! That put appart, after having fried for one time a Tuna steak the stainless steel turned yellow/gold. This seems to be possible with the CTX series and after having tried the cleaning procedure depicted on Scanpan website it stays the same color...conclusion: do not expect it to stay as silver shiny after using it regularly or ... if this pan has a unique default, we will probably require a warranty exchange...To Be Continued!
