Ruffoni Opus Prima Hammered Stainless-Steel Fry Pan, 10"

After more than 45 years of producing extraordinary pots and pans from copper, the Ruffoni family began channeling its craftsmanship into stainless-steel cookware of the same exceptional quality. This versatile fry pan is attractively designed to seamlessly travel from stovetop to tabletop. 10" diam., 2" high. Alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminum transfer heat efficiently, eliminating hot spots. Hand-hammered exterior with a unique serial number inscribed on the bottom. Solid stainless-steel handle. Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Handsome enough for stove-to-table presentation. Made in Italy.

Beautiful and great cook surface

No one would deny the beauty of this cookware. I am relatively new to it so these are first impression. They cook like none I have had before and clean up well. I agree with another reviewer that the handle is slender, but I wouldn't say sharp. The edges are nicely rounded. The narrowness might be an issue for bigger hands. I use handle mitts in my kitchen for some of my pans but don't have to with this pan.
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, Durable, Versatile, Design, Quality, Size, Weight

gorgeous pan, heavy, BAD HANDLE!
December 3, 2015
Though this pan is wonderful at the cooking and looking good part, the handle is really not good. its too thin and sharp. with the weight of these pieces, this is not a an easy pan to move around, especially when filled with food. i will not buy a second one. it does look lovely on my shelf, though.
Pros: Design, Quality, Size
Cons: Difficult to Use, Weight
