After more than 45 years of producing extraordinary copper pots and pans, the Ruffoni family began channeling its artistry and craftsmanship into clad stainless-steel cookware of the same exceptional quality. Developed for Williams-Sonoma, this versatile saucepan is adorned with a silver-plated cast-brass knob shaped like an artichoke and carrot. Alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminum transfer heat efficiently, eliminating hot spots. Hand-hammered exterior with a unique serial number inscribed on the bottom. Solid stainless-steel handle and lid. Knob is hand cast in brass and plated in silver by a Milanese silversmith. Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Perfect Cookware

Just like the larger pans in the collections, the little sister has style and functionality all at the same time. Having such fantastic cookware makes a routine task of cooking dinner a pleasurable experience. This Ruffoni cookware collection is the best purchase I have ever made in the cooking arena!

I purchased this fabulous little pot in July and it is my constant "go to" for just about everything. The size is perfect and clean up a breeze. I have many Ruffoni products and they all stand up to constant use and continue to look as they did when first purchased.

perfect size

If you haven't seen these in person, they are drop-dead gorgeous. We have the entire colleciton at this point and are ordering more of these 1.5 quart saucepans. Like all the Ruffoni stainless, the ornate knob on the top is more for display - it gets very hot, can't be washed in the dishwasher, and is hard to hold onto. They cook great, the clean up easily, and they are so beautiful that you can serve right from them at a dinner party.
