Too large, disapointing quality and design
January 9, 2013
I bought this online. I was looking to complement WMF sieves that I bought in Germany, and was expecting similar quality at this price. It is definitely not comparable, just more expensive. Made in China. The Rosle is too large, the handle too heavy., the welds are prominent and the stainless is of poor finish. I cut the handle because it was too long and too big to fit anywhere, and discovered it is filled up with a concrete-like substance. A simple stainless loop handle like found with other German products purchased in the past is both much more ergonomic and space-spacing.
Cons: Difficult to Use, Quality, Weight, Difficult to Store, Size, overpriced

I own several Rosle utensils made in Germany and I am very happy with the quality. Recently I found out that they are pretty much all made in China so I won't buy them anymore. There is no comparison when it comes to quality so what is the point of paying more? I hope Williams -Sonoma stop getting products from China because this is not the reason why I shop at the store. Keep the high quality products only please.
