Produced on a small estate in Badalucco, Liguria, Cru Riva Gianca extra-virgin olive oil is pressed from 100% Taggiasca olives, all harvested from a single 400-year-old grove. This rich, velvety oil combines delicate herbal and apple aromas with the complex flavors of stone fruit, pine nuts and sweet almond. Ripe Taggiasca olives from Italy are cold-pressed within hours of harvest. The result is a lush, full-bodied olive oil with delicate overtones of orchard fruits and nuts. This versatile oil can be used for dipping, drizzling and blending into salad dressings or sauteing vegetables. Expensive but very nice flavor, Great on a salad with a little champagne vinegar and pinch of fine sea salt.. Bottle is nice size to be reused again.

A very smooth rich love oil with a good olive flavor. Its best for dipping and finishing salads and vegetables. The bottle itself is also great for reusing after you finish whats in it. A little expensive but definitely recommended.
