Riedel Vinum Sauvignon Blanc Wine Glass, Set of 2

Experts with the world's most discerning palates helped develop Riedel's Vinum series, a collection of glasses designed to flatter specific types of wines and liquors. These elegant 24% lead-crystal glasses showcase the best qualities of light to medium-bodied white wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, White Bordeaux, Gewurztraminer and Semillon. The bowl highlights fruit and floral components, while the rim directs the flow of wine to the front of the palate, allowing you to appreciate the balance of fruit flavors and acidity. A family-owned company since 1756, Riedel produces the machine-made Vinum series at its factory in Germany. Dishwasher safe. 12.4-oz. cap., 8 1/2" high. Set of two.

Best Sauvignon Blanc glass out there
October 18, 2013
Best Sauvignon Blanc glass out there and it will significantly enhance your enjoyment of SB over, for example, drinking SB from a Riedel Chardonnay glass. You would be far better off drinking the SB from a regular non specific wine glass. I know, I have tried it, and the same is true of drinking Chardonnay from a SB glass. Cheers.
Pros: Quality, Good for Entertaining, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Size, Appearance
Cons: High-Maintenance, Fragile

Riedel in Italia
June 3, 2013
As the glasses of white wine were set before us in a restaurant in Portovenere, Italy, we could see the quality of both wine and glass. When sipping, not only were we pleased with the taste of the wine, we also saw the quality of the stemware with the name Riedel etched in the base. How pleasant!!!
Pros: Quality, Balance, Size, Appearance, Design, Weight
