Loved this recipe and have made it several times. At least one person asks for the recipe and it's so easy to make ahead of time. Had a gluten free guest come to dinner and she was able to eat it (I just portioned off a bit and omitted the Parmesan)

Quite a bit of work but would be PERFECT along with a summer BBQ. Very very tasty and fresh for a raw diet.
