Yogurt Panna Cotta Flecked with Vanilla Bean

Panna cotta, which means "cooked cream" in Italian, is an ethereal dessert that traditionally consists of cream and milk set very softly with gelatin. This lightened version uses tangy yogurt in place of the cream. It's delicious on its own or accompanied with a sweet-tart winter fruit preserve like this pomegranate-orange compote.

I used this for the first time when I was trying to come up with a light dessert to follow the chicken pot pie I made for dinner with a friend. It is very quick, fairly easy, and over all a big hit! Among the desserts I make this one is a big favorite.
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again, you can even adapt the sauce

I made this a few days ago and it was the bomb!!! Not only u don't feel guilty eating it but it packs with tons of protein and all other goodies stuff. I made a few changes a little cuss I don't really like orange zest so I used lemon zest instead. I've used non fat greek yogurt (fage brand) And I used fresh blueberry and fresh strawberry for the garnish. Overall I give this one a big 10 :)
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Will Make Again
