Wild Rice and Red Chard Soup with Andouille

A few rustic and wholesome ingredients come together in this soup to offer a satisfying and visually rich whole. Andouille sausages are spicy; if you want to lower the heat, substitute sweet Italian sausages.

This is a fantastic meal and I've made it several times. Tastes better than anything you'll find at a restaurant. Everyone who tastes it, wants the recipe. I always like one-pot meals; easy clean-up. Great value and high yield. Impressive results. A winner.
Pros: Yield, Quick, Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again

Definitely worth trying

Made this ~2 weeks ago with no changes other than substituting campari tomatoes for cherry and using turkey andouille. Spicy and wonderful. Writing my review today while double checking recipe-- planning on making it again tonight!
