Good, But With a Caveat

First, this is really easy and inexpensive to make. It's good, but the pork is surprisingly simple in flavor despite the savory ingredients involved. When it is removed from the slow cooker, you get a good, but basic pork flavor.
If you want a more savory dish, you need to make the accompanying gremolata or use some of the juices to make a pan sauce.
Overall, an OK, basic, easy dish.

Simple, but delicious

This is all very subjective, but I was amazed at how tasty this was, given how simple the ingredients are. Recommend it.

A bit disappointing

Cooks very well, but the end result is a bit disappointing. Not as flavorful as it should be after the preparation. Not sure what to suggest to enhance it. Probably won't make it again.
