perfect for picnics and potlucks

We have made this many times and each time was a success. These brownies are perfectly moist and chewy. They stay good for several days too. The best blond type brownie out there!

Best (and most interesting) Blondie

These are by far the best blondies I have ever made or eaten. There is just the right amount of coffee to make the flavor combination really interesting. When serving at a party, these aren't always the first dessert people try (since they don't present as well as say a cupcake or frosted chocolate brownie), but once people start eating them they disappear!
