delicious party appetizer

A few of us have a party every year where we try to make 15-20 new small things. This was one of the biggest hits this year. Simple and delicious. A nice refreshing bite next to lots of heavier things like crostini, etc.

This dish is very pretty and easy to make, however it tasted terrible, frankly, like fish. I do not recommend it.
