So good! Fresh peaches from the backyard tree really made this dish - but the best part was the honey creme fraiche. Holy cow!!

It was great! I didn't have creme fraiche on hand so I just omitted which I regretted now. Next time, I'll definitely get some. Peach was sweet and good with the waffle. My stepdaughter doesn't want the fruits with waffle so she was eating separately but she loved them!
