Balsamic Vinaigrette
March 12, 2013
The balsamic vinaigrette made from this recipe is better than any store bought dressing or any dressing I've ever had. However, I use only 1 teaspoon mustard instead of 1 tablespoon so it does not overpower the rest of the ingredients. Extremely easy to make and simply delicious!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy

Balsamic Dressing
July 29, 2010
The Balsamic dressing recipe is great. I use a really good balsamic vinegar and fresh basil from my garden. This is always a winner at my table. Sometimes I add a bit more basil than the recipe calls for if I don't have my favorite balsamic vinegar.

Reliable Basic

I use these recipes all the time, but I reduce the amount of mustard to 1 tsp. because I feel that your amount makes the salad dressing too sharp and interferes with balance of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Holy Grail!
April 30, 2010
I've used a few of the vinaigrette recipes and found them to be very helpful especially in figuring out proportions of acid and vinegar. I have a lemon tree and never knew what to do with them all - this is perfect!
I also used my WS stick blender. It comes in handy if you want to emulsify your dressing.
