This was absolutely delicious and very quick and easy to prepare and cook. I was unable to get the Italian cheese and replaced it with sliced chevre which was very satisfactory. I also used creme fraiche in the sauce rather than butter. I think it would have been easier to tie the rolls up with string as they would be much easier to brown and then slice.

Impressive

This delicious entree offers an impressive presentation. It is easy to make - have your butcher prepare the veal for you so it is thin. Prepare everything except the cooking in advance and you have a wonderful meal for company.
