One of my guests called this the best dessert she had ever eaten! I've made this recipe twice now and you really can't beat it for both taste and presentation. It's not too difficult, but as with any creme brûlée, just be careful to heat the milk or cream very slowly and don't allow it to come to a boil. I have a kitchen torch, which I really recommend when making this recipe.
Pros: Impressive, Will Make Again
