Turkey Breast with Dried Cranberry Salsa

Turkey breasts are perfect for grilling. A breast will need to cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, so charcoal users must add partially lit coals to the fire after the first 45 minutes.

I used 2 half bone-in turkey breasts (3lbs each) I made a rub of cumin, corriander, salt, pepper and parika.Rubbed turkey and let sit in refrigerator for 6hrs. Followed the rest of the recipe as noted. The cranberry salsa was a big hit. I didn't use tomatoes and used fresh pineapple - doubled salsa recipe. Needed a little more juice and next time might use some orange juice with the lime juice for more moisture. I served this with corn on the cobb and a pasta salad. This would be great for a picnic as turkey can be served cold with the salsa.
