Too Much Cream!

I was hesitant to make this recipe because of the 1 to 1 ratio of cream to potatoes. I gave it a try and the result looked similar to cream of wheat. Just a warning. I am sure it would be fine if you cut the ratio of cream in half similar to the other William -Sonoma mashed potatoe recipe.
