Dont Bother

Williams Sonoma almost NEVER lets me down, but this recipe was so oily and so salty.. after I added no oil or salt... I was pretty bummed. I wouldn't make this one again, nor would I recommend it :(

I would not make this again

I felt that this dish was overly salty. I had lightly salted my rice as I would usually do, but I should not even have done that because there was ample salt in the sauce to compensate.
My husband liked it.
I did take the liberty of adding extra veggies like snow peas. I also felt like the second round of oil (2 TBS) in the pan for the red curry paste was unnecessary and just made the sauce oily for no reason. I would omit that next time. It was pretty quick but I feel like there are probably some equally fast but more delicious thai recipes out there.
