Garlic, shallots and red pepper flakes give a flavor boost to this Swiss chard dish, which makes a delicious accompaniment to our stuffed pork chops (see related recipe at left).

Good Flavors
December 19, 2012
We have been trying to get more greens into our diet and this fill the bill nicely. The flavors were very good and it was easy to assemble. We don't like a lot of heat, but a sprinkle of red pepper flakes made a nice addition. The only thing I did to change the recipe was cut it in half because there were just two of us for dinner. I'll certainly make this again.
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Will Make Again

Easy and yummy

Lay off the red flakes if you don't like heat. The shallots and garlic are fine alone.
