Easy Jam Recipe

Easy to make, great tasting jam. Love the orange flavor! It reminds me of a strawberry rhubarb pie! Make sure to take into account the step for the overnight blending/mellowing of the fruit flavors prior to cooking the jam. It makes a bit more than the 7 half-pint jars, so sterilize an extra jar!
