This was a most delicious recipe. It was good over pound cake and ice cream even before it was cooked. I also could not find golden balsamic and used white.Will try to save a jar to use at Thanksgiving. I will make this again.

Terrific sweet/sour/spicy combination

Very flavourful, and beautiful rich colour. I used cherries, plums & peaches. Couldn't find "golden" balsamic, so I used white (which is actually golden coloured...).
Your new line of canning products is wonderful, especially the canning insert and tongs. They make the whole exercise quite easy and much safer than trying to haul out steaming jars using oven mitts.
