This hearty stir-fry is the ultimate one-dish meal. Swap in other quick-cooking vegetables like broccoli florets, snow peas or asparagus, if you like. Pork tenderloin is easier to slice for stir-frying if you chill it first in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Bland and uneventful

This is one of my least WS recipes. The ingredients are superb and very healthy, however, the sauce is terribly bland and uneventful. I did make it work by embellishing the sauce with lime juice, and additional asian spices. It was then much better.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy
Cons: Taste, bland
