Spring Vegetable Stir-Fry

To remove the tough, woody ends of the asparagus, grasp each spear near the cut end with both hands and bend it until it snaps. It will break naturally at the point where the fibrous, inedible portion starts. Use a sharp paring knife to cut the spears into pieces as needed.

Fresh and easy for a week night

I omitted the hoisin sauce and put some sweet chilli sauce on the table as a condiment but other than that was pretty faithful to the recipe.
The greens are delightfully vibrant and come together to create a variety of texture and flavour. Definitely recommended!
