Spinach-Feta Filo Roll

Look for filo dough in 1-lb. packages in well-stocked markets. Let the package thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bring to room temperature before removing the sheets. Once the sheets are out of the box, cover them with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out. Return unused sheets to the refrigerator and use within 3 days.

Easy and tasty

Loved it,trying it again for the second time! You may choose to leave out sesame seeds as they seem to fall off after baking.

I'm greek and been making spanakopita for years but this recipe is faster, easier and perfect taste.
