The instructions are confusing

This is a nice change from traditional quiche especially if you love spinach and feta. However, the instructions list the Swiss cheese with the pie crust ingredients. If you make your own pie crust, you will miss this (like I did) and then have to run out to the market to get the Swiss if you don't have it handy. Very irritating.
Pros: nice change of pace, tasty
