Very spicy

This soup is delicous; however, very spicy, so be prepared. Chipotle chilies in adobe are incredibly spicy so you may want to reduce it to one. I also agree with the previous reviewer, the stock amount is too much and should be reduced.

Spicy black bean soup ...

I tried the spicy black bean soup tonight ... and it was yummy! Great flavor and kick. Next time though, I would cut the chicken stock from 6 to 4 cups or add in an extra can of black beans. I felt like it could have been a tad thicker. Overall, served with cornbread and it was hit :-)
