Spiced Roasted Nuts

Once completely cool, the nuts may be stored in an airtight container or a plastic freezer bag at room temperature for up to 2 days. Or, refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks. Bring the nuts to room temperature before serving.

A favorite

This is a true favorite of my husband and our guests. I make these frequently and there are never any left. I use spicy curry powder to give them an extra kick.

Excellent party appetizer

I made this for a party and it was a hit. The nuts have an excellent flavor with just the right amount of spice. I would mention that if you do not like too much salt, then omit the salt from the recipe. It can be somewhat salty. Since the party I've made these nuts just to snack on. They're wonderful!
