Great Buffet dish

I made 10 lbs of salmon using this recipe for a baby shower open house. It was very easy and the flavor of the salmon was great. I used 3 lb sides of salmon and choose to roast it rather than using the broiler as suggested in other recipes, but that was the only change I made to accommodate the large number of servings I needed to make. I had multiple requests for the recipe!
Pros: Easy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
Cons: the spice mix is expensive

I usually use the potlatch seasoning for the salmon but i found this method and spices were just as easy and much more flavorful!
