Spaghetti Squash with Brown Butter and Parmesan

Spaghetti squash derives its name from the nature of its flesh: Once it is cooked and cut in half, the flesh can be separated into strands that recall the famed Italian pasta. The squash has a delicate flavor so requires only subtle enhancement.

The first time I followed the recipe. It was excellent. The second time I added diced fresh tomatoes when I added the cheese. Even better! Looked beautiful!!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Will Make Again

One of the most delicious dishes that I've made. It was amazing, but then again anything with butter and parmesean is delicious.
